APARTMENT RULES

By completing your booking, you agree to all terms and conditions set by the accommodation. Any violation of these terms may result in consequences borne solely by the guest.

GENERAL RULES

• Please respect the property and all items within the premises.

• Check-in is available from 14:30, and check-out must be completed by 10:00.

• Observe quiet hours and respect the privacy of other guests.

• Use all equipment responsibly and report any damage or malfunction to the host immediately.

• Do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed per room.

• For any issue that may arise, please contact the host directly.

• The main swimming pool is available until 19:30. Please follow the rules displayed on the main pool sign.

• Use the key box to safely store your room card.

• Anything provided as water, food, beverages, coffee (consumable items), etc., is offered upon guests’ arrival at the accommodation and is not replenished during their stay.

• This is an Adults Only property. Guests must be 17 years of age or older.

• Charges may apply for any damage caused to the property or its contents.

• Guests are only permitted to use the magnetic cards provided by the property and must not tamper with them.

PROHIBITED ACTIONS

• Throwing objects into the pools is strictly prohibited.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.

• Pets are not permitted.

• Events or parties are not allowed.

• Any commercial use, promotion, or professional filming/photography of the property is strictly prohibited without the host’s prior written consent.

• Each type of towel is intended for specific use. Do not use room towels at the beach.

• The use of additional equipment not already provided (e.g. private surveillance cameras) is prohibited.

• Do not sit on the beds while wet or with sunscreen applied.

• Important: Do not dispose of paper in the WC. Please use the waste bin

• Watering plants is not permitted.

SAFETY RULES

• Security cameras operate in common areas only.

• Important: We strongly advise you to store all valuables in the in-room safe deposit box provided for your protection.

• The main doors must remain closed at all times.

• Although tap water is safe to drink, we recommend choosing bottled water.

CLEANING POLICY

• Rooms are cleaned daily between 10:00 and 12:00.

• If the green housekeeping button is not pressed, the room will not be cleaned.

• Bed linens are changed every three days.

• Towels are replaced every day.

• In order to receive fresh towels, guests must return the used ones.

• Pool Towels are replaced every two days.

• Towels provided by the property must be used strictly for their intended purpose. (e.g., pool towels strictly for the pool.

• Additional or early cleaning, if required, is offered free of charge.

• Private pools are cleaned alongside room service.
